CortexOne · Governance and control

Keep control of the work you automate

CortexOne is the governance and control product. It turns your policies and standards into rules the platform checks on every output, and records every decision, so any result can be traced back to how it was made.

Demonstration

See CortexOne running

Before the detail, watch it work: the confidence dial, a live trace, and a standards check on real output. This shows how it works, so you can judge whether it is real.

CortexOne demonstration

A demonstration, not a case study. It answers “is this real”, not “does it work for me”. Your own results come from a briefing on your delivery problem.

What it controls

Three ways CortexOne keeps you in control

Control is not a setting you switch on. It is how the work runs: who decides what, what gets checked, and what is recorded.

Graded autonomy

You set a confidence line. Above it, work runs on its own. In the grey zone, the platform retries. Below it, it stops and hands the decision to a person. You decide how much runs automatically, and you can move the line at any time.

Total traceability

One trace identifier follows a request through every step, holding the prompt, the decision, and the result. Every record is stamped with who made it and when, and nothing is hard-deleted, so any build can be replayed and any decision explained.

Standards and access

Your standards are written as rules the platform checks the work against, not a step someone has to remember. Each output is graded against your approved examples before it ships, and your data is walled off from every other organisation.

How control works

Control you can follow, end to end

Two things make the control real: every decision is traceable, and your standards are encoded as method, not advice.

Traceability

Every decision joins up

One trace per request

Replayable

A single trace identifier runs through every step of a request, keeping the prompt, the model, the decision, and the result together. Any build replays, and “why did it decide that” is answerable rather than guesswork.

A real cost ledger

Accountable

Every AI charge runs through double-entry accounting, balanced and tied back to the action that caused it. Estimates carry their own trail, so cost is recorded, not guessed.

Standards and method

Your standards, encoded

Requirements to tests

BABOK

Requirements are modelled to BABOK as linked records. You can follow one requirement through to the feature that implements it and the test case that verifies it.

Architecture that links up

TOGAF

Architecture follows TOGAF, so capabilities connect through components and features down to the tests that prove them. The method is records the platform builds and checks, not a claim on a slide.

Part of the platform

CortexOne is the control pillar

CortexOne is one of four products that work as one platform. It carries control. Reflex delivers software faster, Synapse improves the delivery economics, and MemoryMesh carries compounding. See how the four fit together.
