Most recently, as CEO and Board Member of Relief Therapeutics, a PE-sponsored public company, she led a strategic reset that narrowed portfolio focus, divested non-core assets, strengthened the leadership team, and realigned the organisation around a defined value pathway — resulting in significant shareholder value creation and a successful company sale.
Previously, as COO and CCO of COVIS Pharma and Head of International at Acceleron (culminating in an $11.4B acquisition), Michelle built and scaled global operating structures, strengthened commercial and development execution, and prepared organisations for IPO and M&A outcomes. Across more than 20 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, she held senior global clinical, commercial, and general management roles across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Myles is an experienced senior leader with over 20 years in software solutions, with key strengths in payments, transaction banking, and senior C-level roles. Named one of the Top 50 Fintech CEOs for 2024 by the Financial Technology Report.
Myles has a proven capability to deliver improved customer outcomes through developing product and customer-focused solutions across banking, retail, wealth, insurance, telecommunications and sport. He brings extensive experience managing full P&L at regional and global levels, with a focus on sales, services and support components aligned to business plans.
With leadership roles spanning APAC, Europe and MEA, Myles brings deep global experience in go-to-market strategy, emerging technologies, and AI-driven growth. In his most recent role as CEO at Tuum, he worked closely with the founding team to drive double-digit growth, expansion into new markets, and multiple successful funding rounds.
With over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, Bruce has been at the forefront of digital transformation across Australia and Asia-Pacific. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and strategic technology leadership.
Bruce's proven track record includes establishing technology divisions, leading major digital initiatives, and driving innovation in complex enterprise environments.
